The combination of unpredictable world events, less disposable income, has people looking for more affordable vacation options closer to home—and taking time to plan it. This omni-channel campaign, took advantage of Tennessee’s diverse and unique array of attractions and its geographic location, which is within easy driving distance of a densely populated region known for family travel.

 

This campaign also took a unique online approach through TN Vacation Matchmaker that helped people not only plan their perfect vacation, but actually assembled a real time custom 1-minute virtual road trip based on their online activity and vacation preferences. In just 5 weeks the State of Tennessee experienced:
